feat: 添加多个新组件和优化现有组件

- 新增AppScaffold、SectionCard、SettingItem、TimeFormatter等组件，提供统一的布局和功能
- 优化ChatHeader、MessageBubble、ConversationListHeader、ConversationListItem等组件的UI和逻辑
- 更新样式和设计规范，确保一致性和可读性
- 改进对话列表项的交互体验，增强用户界面
